Rhonda Shah, RDN

Rhonda Shah, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the American Dietetic Association.  She is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Foods with a Concentration in Dietetics.  She completed a Dietetic Internship with NHC in Murfreesboro, TN.  Rhonda is a consultant dietitian with 13 years experience in the field.  Experience includes Foodservice Management, Renal Nutrition, Diabetes Education, Long Term Care, Mental Health, Weight Management and Sports Nutrition.

Rhonda has a passion for helping others reach their goals, advising clients in reducing body fat, building lean muscle, endurance training, disordered eating and general health and wellness.  Her passion for wellness and exercise has motivated her to start SHAH-zam fitness, where she provides nutrition assessments and personal meal planning.  She also is available for nutrition seminars and workshops.

She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, (SCAN) Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness, Weight Management, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs.

Perfect Pair Power Program (Buy one get one 1/2 off ~ 8 or 12 week)

Is a plan designed for spouses who want to modify their eating habits and lifestyle with proper nutrition, while encouraging each other’s success.  This plan is offered as an 8 week or 12 week program.  Includes initial dietary assessment of medical and nutrition history, body composition assessment with measurements and body fat indication, Resting Metabolic Rate, a nutritional breakdown from dietary analysis, goals assessment, personalized meal plan, grocery list, and recipes.  This program will include 4 follow up visits (on 8 week plan) and 6 follow up face to face visits (on 12 week plan). Also includes online access to the web app to track progress while on the program.
