Hi! I am Carol Hall, a work in progress. In May 2010, and at a size 24, “Enough was Enough”! I made the decision to get healthy and fit. With my own determination and dedication, plus the supervision and mentoring of some excellent personal trainers, I dropped lots of sizes and traded fat for muscle. At a size 14, I still have a few more pounds and sizes to shed; therefore, staying busy is a requirement. With this in mind, I decided to add more challenges to my ‘get fit/stay fit’ lifestyle. I got my Group Fitness Instructor Certification through AFAA in September 2012 so I could teach PUMP and SPIN. I want to encourage others from my personal experience. If I can do it, you can too! It is an incredible journey!
