I remember like it was yesterday, going into the gym, paying for a membership, walking into the room and having no idea what to do. Work outs from what I pieced together from everything I’ve ever read in magazines and the internet. Not knowing what to eat and not knowing if any of it is paying off. Whatever you need, whether it’s just a few sessions to kickstart your transformation, or a weekly trainer to kickstart your day, I can help. I have background in Crossfit and it is something I truly love, but lets face it, most people aren’t trying to be the fittest alive. As a Crossfit trainer though, I can teach great functional movements that will help you now(chasing your kids and grandkids around, putting away groceries, etc.). I believe you can be in the best shape of your life at any age.
