SILVER SNEAKERS “chair-based” class using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and ball.  The focus is on muscular strength and endurance, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living.  A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.  This class can be adapted for any fitness level.

CIRCUIT  an intense class workout with a mix of light weights, cardio and core.

PUMP is a workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best exercises like lifts, presses, squats and curls.

SPIN / INDOOR CYCLING is exercises with energizing music on the bike including flats, hills, sprints, stability work and jumps.

STEP & CORE this class targets your legs, upper body and core. 40-min. of high intensity step and 20 min. of core work.

ZUMBA® is a high energy class using unique moves to  international rhythms including Salsa, Meringue, Hip-Hop, Samba, Cumbia and more!

BARRE Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It is distinguished from other group fitness classes by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet. It engages muscles using a type of squats, lunges and sit ups.

HEALTHY SPINE The use of stretching, Somatic Yoga and Pilates Moves for you core, to stabilize the back in proper alignment, so as to relieve pain and produce a more flexible body with more freedom of movement.  Welcomes all persons with issues of back, hips and shoulders.

PI-YO FUSION The combining of Pilates with Yoga in a way to provide core strength from Pilates and flexibility through Yoga.  90 min. workout

MAT PILATES A unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, creates a more streamlined shape by working core muscles.  This class is done with a mat in place of a reformer.

YOGA The use of various poses to provide strength, stamina, flexibility and balance with attention to alignment of the spine. The poses build a strong body and core as well as increase vitality through relaxation. Yoga poses (asanas) are often linked together in a flow (vinyasa) moving with the breath.

GENTLE YOGA Same description as above but with a gentle flowing vibe.

High energy and low impact aerobics class. Will challenge your body and mind using combinations of step patterns on and around the step. Great music fun class.
