My name is Kathryn Rowe and I am a ISSA certified personal trainer. I currently attend Jacksonville State University seeking a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Fitness became a passion of mine because of playing sports but It took off when I got to college. I pursued my personal training certification because I hope to help others develop a passion for fitness!
