Pilates Reformer

The Pilates Reformer comprises of a frame with a sliding carriage which attaches to one end with varying strengths of springs to provide resistance. There are also straps with loops for hands or feet to do further exercises. The benefits of Reformer exercises include strengthening large muscle groups, including the core, in a longer, leaner way, increased flexibility, improved balance and
better aerobic fitness.
